A new step towards strengthening social governance at Annaba's Port Company
The Director General of Annaba’s Port Company, Mr. Ali BOULARAS, presided on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, over the installation ceremony of the Works Committee office
This installation comes as a culmination of the election process of the Works Committee office held on February 1,2026 in a well-organized environment, reflecting a genuine commitment to revitalizing this institutional structure.
On this occasion, the Director General extended his sincere congratulations to all employees, praising this important organizational achievement and emphasizing the pivotal role of the Works Committee as a space for consultation and enhanced communication between management and workers, in a way that serves the interests of the company and strengthens its stability.
He also reaffirmed the company’s management commitment to provide all necessary means and facilities to enable the Works Committee to fully carry out its duties, including the organization of training sessions for workers representatives, particularly in the field of social services management, thereby reinforcing principles of transparency and good governance.
