Annaba Port Company Participates in Open Day on Export Activities
In line with the directives of Mr. Saïd SAYOUD, Minister of Transport, aimed at continuing the modernization of Algerian ports, improving their operational performance, and strengthening their role in supporting economic operators, particularly those involved in non-hydrocarbon exports, and in accordance with the field guidelines of the Port Services Group “SERPORT”, Annaba Port Company took part, on Saturday, November 7, 2026, in the exhibition organized by the Seybouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in coordination with the Directorate of Trade of the Wilaya of Annaba.
The event was held as part of an Open Day on Export Activities, organized to commemorate the 72nd anniversary of the outbreak of the Glorious National Liberation Revolution (1954–2026).
This participation provided an opportunity to showcase the logistical resources and capabilities offered by the Port of Annaba, highlight its role in supporting economic operators and exporters, and facilitate export operations, thereby contributing to enhance the competitiveness of Algerian products in international markets.
In the same context, Annaba Port Company supported the export operation of a shipment of 10,000 tonnes of white cement, packaged in Big Bags, destined for the Kingdom of Spain and shipped from the Port of Annaba. This operation involved mobilizing the necessary human and material resources to ensure its smooth execution under the best possible conditions.
Annaba Port Company continues its efforts to improve the quality of port services and enhance its operational performance, while strengthening its role in supporting economic operators and promoting national non-hydrocarbon exports. These efforts contribute to diversify the national economy and strengthen the competitiveness of Algerian products in international markets.
