The increased draft, with the possibility of accommodating larger vessels, will undoubtedly be a decisive asset for the Port of Annaba and will help enhance its competitiveness in a highly competitive environment.

The Port Company of Annaba operates, in partnership with the Port Company of Skikda and the Intermodal Freight Transport Company (STIM), a platform located about 4 km from the port facilities.

In addition to the advantage of proximity, which significantly facilitates transport, delivery, and evacuation operations of containers between the two hubs by road, the site also offers the advantage of possible rail connections thanks to the existing railway line.
